Mark Cuban apologizes to world for Trump's nomination

Celebrity businessman Mark Cuban on Thursday night apologized to the world for the GOP's nomination of Donald Trump for president.

A Muslim Comedian is exiled to the USA

In his native Egypt, Bassem Youssef weathered cardiac surgery, the Arab Spring, and government-ordered arrest. Little did he know it was all survival training for the deluge of lunacy that awaited him in America. I’m talking, of course, about the rise of an aggrieved draft-dodging, Oompa Loompa-handed brat from Queens: Donald J. Trump.

The poorly educated.

Dear Ivanka, May be you skipped the civics lessons (did your father bully the teacher in to giving you passing grades ?).
Let me educate you this once. A president does not make laws, he signs them in to effect or veto/s them.
Laws, also called bills, are voted on by the US Congress.

.
This picture defines the character of Trump's two sons.

And, this is the level of intelligence of Mike Pence, who thought it was important to pass laws covering his version of the first amendment, to explicitly make discriminations legal in his state. How perverted one can be to take a freedom of all people and convert it to an atrocity on few people.

How Trump managed his casinos

"The contractor who provided the onion domes for the Taj Mahal casino had to eat $2 million in losses. The contractor who supplied the Carrara marble from Italy ended up filing for personal bankruptcy. The contractor who put in the restroom partitions had to lay off his brother.
"A quarter of a century has passed since Donald Trump refused to pay in full 253 contractors who helped build his Taj in Atlantic City. But for many of them, it could have happened yesterday.
"'We got next to nothing,' said Michael MacLeod, whose 40-person studio made the giant elephant statues at the casino's entrance. 'I took a big hit.'
"After the Taj opened in April 1990 [Donald Trump], the self-anointed King of Debt owed, $70 million to contractors employing thousands who built the domes and minarets, put up the glass and drywall, laid the pipes and installed everything from chandeliers to bathroom fixtures. A year later, when the casino collapsed into bankruptcy, those owed the most got only 33 cents in cash for each dollar owed, with promises of another 50 cents later. It took years to get the rest, assuming the companies survived long enough to collect."

BIG fraud in NYC.

This is really outrageous. It looks as if De Blasio's supporters are shrinking even further. It is either sheer incompetence or something much worse to allow a resource for the most vulnerable in society - those dying of AIDS - to be sold of for profit. And even then there should be a public inquiry as to how such a huge profit was pilfered from the taxpayers of New York:
"Village Care sold Rivington House to the Allure Group for $28 million in February of 2015. Allure subsequently paid the city $16.1 million to lift the two deed restrictions from the building, which mandated that it be used solely for nonprofit, residential health services. Allure flipped the property to the Slate Group, luxury condo developers, for a $116 million in February after the restrictions were lifted."

Should intolerance be fought with more intolerance?

Here is an example of so called "left wing" intolerance.
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/trump-cruz-billboard-rnc_us_57869167e4b03fc3ee4efde4
The objectives of "Planting Peace" are reasonable & essential, but the billboard that they have put up can be construed as very offensive to many people.

Just as to us actions & posters of Westboro Baptist Church members are unacceptable
http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation-now/2014/03/21/westboro-baptist-church-pickets-funerals/6688951/. They violate all the norms of decency in a civilized society, by citing their (misunderstood) right to free speech.

One has to realize that the jury is still out on whether sexual preferences is a result of nature or of nurture or both. Each side points to studies to prove their point. While the discussion is necessary on academic levels, public spaces must be sexual preference neutral.

Does the left wing not loose their moral superiority by behaving just as badly as people on the other side of the political spectrum?; whose behavior ranges from extremely offensive http://www.godhatesfags.com/, to simply retarded http://www.huffingtonpost.com/christopher-lamb/indiana-governor-bans-boy_b_9790626.html .

We thought the left wing wanted to raise the bar on the quality of our political discourse.

A beautiful poem about the good old days.

We'd all do better if we checked our feelings & emotions towards the good old days (as we believe they may have been) and not get driven like sheep to benefit only a few charlatans (who know exactly how the good old days were ).
